Hawaii and Alaska:

When using our "Economy" shipping service, we will use UPS ground or USPS First Class/Priority Mail to ship your items. 

Express orders placed before 12 pm PST will likely get shipped out that same business day. Orders placed after that will likely be shipped the next business day.

We kindly request that you document any visible damage to the shipping carton(s) before signing for the shipment. For any damage claims, please ensure they are submitted with accompanying photographs within 48 hours.

Dispute Resolution Clause:

In the event of any dispute arising from or related to this invoice, resolution shall be sought through arbitration in Maine, in accordance with both the rules of the American Arbitration Association and the laws of the State of Maine. The customer acknowledges and agrees to bear all costs associated with arbitration, including arbitration fees, court costs, reasonable legal fees, and expenses. Furthermore, the customer is responsible for legal interest on any arbitration award or court judgment, as well as any expenses incurred by the seller in the pursuit of resolving the dispute.
